Wood And Gemstone Earring Details:
- Handmade from Figured Bloodwood and crushed Peridot.
Hanging length is 2 1/2 inches and about 3/4 wide 1/4 inch thick.
Its has a 925 Hypoallergenic Sterling Silver earring hook with a Titanium coated bead.
Finished with a durable glossy finish.
These wood and gemstone earrings carry a modern, natural vibe. They are beautiful and so comfortable to wear as they are lightweight and of course hypoallergenic! Constructed from Figured Bloodwood and crushed Peridot.
Your order arrives in a small, cardboard jewelry box.
As with all handmade items, handle with care. Earrings are not waterproof, please don't immerse earrings in water (remove them before swimming or bathing).
I recommend putting on all jewelry after any lotions or perfumes.

This word Maker where did it come from, in my day we were called craftsman. I spent 45 years building prototypes for many different manufacturing company's working with some of most state of the art machinery, but at home my old machinery brought me peace and relaxation.
It
is funny how you start doing things and the next thing you know you
are selling them. I make everything by
hand from native and exotic hardwoods, we add stone, some resin, a
little bone, precious metals, all ways looking for something unique.
All of my jewelry is designed and
handmade by me.

There made from Figured Bloodwood.
What is Bloodwood is an exotic wood that is sometimes referred to as cardinal wood, for its obvious beautiful deep rose color. Scientific name is Satine Rubanne its from South America.The inlay is crushed Peridot. Peridots belong to the forsterite-fayalite solid-solution series. Forsterite is the magnesium (Mg)-dominant end, while fayalite is the iron (Fe)-dominant end. The term Peridots refers to green, gem-quality olivines of this series. The Peridot is acclaimed as the stone of compassion and believed to ring in good health, restful sleep, and peace to relationships. It’s also noted to balance the emotions and mind. Those who wear the Peridot are generally very happy and content people. It inspires eloquence and creativity while bringing delight and good cheer. Additionally, the Peridot stone is claimed to attract love, relieve anger, and bring a sense of renewal and rejuvenation to all things. First I cut the wood and groove it for the stone then cut and crush the stone from a larger piece of Peridot and glue it in the channel then grind polish and finish the piece then add the bead and earring hook.
